Marriott International and Elan Group Sign Agreement for JW Marriott Hotel and Residences in Gurugram

Marriott International and Elan Group have signed an agreement to introduce a JW Marriott Hotel and JW Marriott Residences in Gurugram. The project forms part of Elan's planned 50-acre integrated township at Sector 106, along the Dwarka Expressway.
Elan Group will carry out the construction and marketing of the development. Alongside the JW Marriott Hotel, the project will include high-end 3, 4 and 5 BHK residences.
The integrated township is designed to combine luxury residences, premium hospitality, high-end retail, entertainment and wellness and lifestyle facilities.
