Manglam Group Signs ₹350 Crore Sheraton Hotel Project with Marriott in Jaipur
Manglam Group has announced the signing of a Sheraton-branded hotel in partnership with Marriott International, to be developed in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The project carries an investment of approximately ₹350 crore and forms part of the group's broader ₹1,000 crore hospitality expansion plan.
The hotel will be located along the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway (NH-48), one of the city's key growth corridors. It will feature 220 keys and span more than 300,000 sq ft. This marks Manglam Group's third collaboration with Marriott International.
The site offers connectivity to Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar, and Kishangarh, and is positioned near Jaipur International Airport and the Mahindra World City SEZ. The project is being developed as a luxury hospitality asset aimed at tourism, business travel, corporate events, and destination weddings demand in the region.
