Lloyds Metals commissions 4 MTPA pellet plant at Konsari, doubles capacity

Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd has commissioned a 4 million tonnes per annum pellet plant at Konsari in Maharashtra.
With this addition, the company’s total pellet production capacity has doubled to 8 MTPA.
The expansion supports rising demand for iron ore pellets driven by steel sector growth and infrastructure spending.
The facility is expected to improve operational efficiency and strengthen backward integration for steel production.
