Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties – Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada.

Both the properties are expected to open in FY26 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort in Rajasthan will feature 51 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, and public areas.

The Jodhpur Airport is about 110 km away, while the Mundwa Junction Railway Station is about 22 km away from the resort.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada offers 44 rooms, a restaurant and a meeting room. The Vijayawada International Airport is at a distance of 15 km. One can access Vijayawada Railway Station which is six km away.

Both sites are well connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.

The company has a portfolio of 160-plus hotels, which includes over 100 operational hotels and more than 60 hotels set to open in India and internationally.
