Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a license agreement for the Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This new property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and is expected to open in FY 2026.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Metropolitan, Vijayawada, will offer 44 rooms, a restaurant, meeting facilities, and banquet options.

Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed enthusiasm about expanding their portfolio in Vijayawada, where they already have one upcoming property and two operational ones. This new addition will enhance their existing four hotels and four planned properties in Andhra Pradesh.

Lemon Tree Hotels primarily focuses on developing, owning, acquiring, operating, managing, renovating, and promoting hotels, motels, resorts, and restaurants under various brands, including Lemon Tree Hotel, Lemon Tree Premier, Red Fox Hotel, Aurika, Keys Select, Keys Prima, and Keys Lite.
