The Lemon Tree Hotel in Zirakpur, Punjab, was the newest addition to the Lemon Tree Hotels portfolio.

The property will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary and the management division of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, by the second quarter of the fiscal year 2027.

The building will have banquets, a meeting room, a restaurant, a fitness centre, and other public spaces in addition to its 80 well furnished rooms.

Zirakpur, a prominent town in the District of Mohali, Punjab, is situated on the Shivalik Foothills and serves as the entry point from Delhi to Chandigarh.

It is a part of the Chandigarh Tricity region, which also contains Panchkula, Mohali, and Chandigarh. The real estate market in Zirakpur has grown significantly over the last few years.
