LC Infra-Krystal Consortium Bags ₹740 Crore Maharashtra Sewage Treatment Contracts Under Swachh Maharashtra Mission 2.0
Krystal Integrated Services Limited has secured a 40% share in two sewage treatment and sewer network projects awarded by the Maharashtra government, with the company's portion valued at approximately ₹296.03 crore. The combined value of the two orders stands at ₹740.06 crore, including GST.
The contracts were awarded under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission (Urban) 2.0 to the LC Infra-Krystal Consortium, with LC Infra Projects Private Limited serving as the lead member and Krystal Integrated Services acting as the technical member. The projects involve developing sewage treatment plants with capacities of five million litres per day and above, along with interception and diversion systems and sewer networks for Urban Local Bodies across the Pune and Nagpur divisions. The infrastructure will be developed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis, with both contracts scheduled for completion within two years.
The order comes as Krystal continues to expand its presence in urban infrastructure and wastewater management. The company has recently secured a ₹364 crore healthcare facility management mandate from Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation, a ₹27.64 crore sanitation contract for Andhra Pradesh's BC Welfare Hostels, and a ₹24.38 crore facility services contract for Maharashtra Sadan in New Delhi. Separately, associate company Advait Krystal Solar Energy SPV secured a ₹138 crore rooftop solar project covering government hospitals and medical colleges in Maharashtra.
Krystal's June quarter results showed revenue from operations rising 11.65% year-on-year to ₹360.71 crore, with net profit growing 6.30% to ₹17.36 crore, as the company continues to see a pickup in opportunities across government and infrastructure-related segments.
