Karnataka SLSWCC Approves 55 Industrial Projects Worth ₹7,506 Crore Investment
The State Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) has approved 55 industrial projects in Karnataka with an estimated investment of ₹7,506 crore. The approvals were granted during a committee meeting in Bengaluru. The state government expects the projects to create 28,000 jobs.
Of the approved projects, 41 will be located outside Bengaluru Urban and Bengaluru Rural districts, in line with the state's 'Beyond Bengaluru' initiative aimed at promoting industrial growth across other regions of Karnataka.
Most of the approved projects fall under the aerospace, Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), and general engineering sectors. Four projects involve foreign direct investment from companies based in Taiwan, South Korea, Germany and Japan, totalling ₹314.46 crore. Of the total proposals, 35 projects involve investments exceeding ₹50 crore each, while 15 projects fall in the ₹15–50 crore range. Separately, six companies will undertake expansion projects with an additional investment of ₹223.61 crore.
Key approved investments include Kaynes Electronics at ₹495 crore, SFO Technologies at ₹490 crore, Terra Circuits at ₹441 crore, Bellatrix Aerospace at ₹404 crore, JSW Port Logistics at ₹380 crore, and Shahi Exports at ₹337 crore.
The approvals are expected to strengthen manufacturing activity across multiple districts in Karnataka, with a focus on capacity expansion in high-growth sectors such as aerospace, electronics, and industrial engineering.
