IHCL Signs 283-Key Gateway Hotel Project in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of Gateway Yeshwantpur Bengaluru, a brownfield hospitality project in Karnataka. The development will be undertaken in partnership with Naveen Hotels. Construction of the joint development project is expected to be completed within 24 months.
The hotel will comprise 283 keys and feature an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar and lounge, and a pool bar. The property will include approximately 13,000 sq ft of event space, housing two large pillarless banquet halls and multiple meeting rooms. Supporting amenities will include a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
With this addition, IHCL's portfolio in Bengaluru will increase to 21 hotels, including 12 under development. The project adds new hospitality infrastructure to North Bengaluru's commercial corridor and strengthens IHCL's presence in Yeshwantpur, a key business micro-market in the city.
