Kalyani Developers Signs Hilton for 600-Room Conrad and Hilton Hotel Cluster at KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Bengaluru
Hilton has signed two hotels in Bengaluru with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group, announced on October 6, 2026. The hotels will operate under the Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brands. The investment size has not been disclosed.
Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport will be built as a cluster development with 300 guest rooms each, a total of 600 rooms. Kalyani Developers is the developer. The complex will be located in KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, about 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport.
Each hotel will include dining venues, meeting and event spaces, wellness facilities and other amenities. The complex will have over 72,000 square feet of event space for conferences, corporate gatherings and social events. Both hotels are expected to open in 2030.
This is the second Conrad and the fourth Hilton hotel in Bengaluru. It is also a repeat signing with Kalyani Group, following the 2024 opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield. Hilton operates eight hotels in India, with another 11 under development. Conrad Jaipur is also under development.
Hilton has stated an ambition to exceed 400 hotels in India over the next decade, with Bengaluru as a key focus for expansion. The project offers opportunities for EPC contractors, architects, interior fit-out firms and equipment suppliers as development progresses toward the 2030 opening.
