Juniper Hotels to Invest ₹850 Crore in 5-Star Luxury Hotel in Dwarka, Delhi
Juniper Hotels plans to invest an estimated ₹850 crore to develop a 5-star luxury hotel in Delhi. The company has executed a license deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), with the agreement signed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Juniper Hospitality Assets. The company targets completion of the hotel by 2030.
The hotel will add approximately 550 keys to Juniper Hotels' portfolio in New Delhi. The property will overlook the DDA Dwarka Golf Course and will be located near the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre and the Dwarka Sports Complex. Upon completion, the company's presence in New Delhi is expected to reach approximately 1,000 keys.
The project will add new hospitality infrastructure in the Dwarka area. The company will continue developing its wider portfolio across other key Indian hospitality markets, and with this new hotel and its ongoing projects, Juniper Hotels expects to operate 12 hotels in total.
