Interarch Building Solutions Wins ₹128 Crore PEB Contract for FMCG Manufacturing Facility
Interarch Building Solutions Limited has secured a domestic order valued at approximately ₹128 crore, inclusive of taxes, from a fast-moving consumer goods company of international repute. The company disclosed the development in an exchange filing on August 18, 2026, without naming the client due to confidentiality conditions.
The turnkey contract covers complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building (PEB) system. The project is linked to a new manufacturing facility for homecare, beauty and wellness products. The project location has not been disclosed.
The contract carries a 20 per cent advance payment, amounting to roughly ₹25.6 crore, and is expected to be completed within approximately 10 months. Interarch's order book stood at ₹1,864 crore as of July 31, 2026, and this order expands that pipeline by close to 7 per cent.
The company recently commissioned Phase 1 of its manufacturing plant in Kheda, Gujarat, in July 2026, taking its overall PEB production capacity to 2.21 lakh MT, positioning it to absorb large-scale industrial orders such as this one without execution constraints.
