IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the inking of a management agreement with SLRV Hotels Pvt Ltd to debut its Crowne Plaza brand in Punjab.

Scheduled to open in Q4 2028, Crowne Plaza Amritsar Airport will add 136 keys to IHG’s growing portfolio in the city.

The new-build hotel will be IHG’s first Crowne Plaza hotel in the city and IHG’s fourth property for the brand in the state.

Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is one of the world’s largest premium hotel brands, with more than 530 open or in pipeline properties in major urban centres, gateway cities and resort destinations globally.
