IHCL Signs 30-Key Tree of Life Resort Project at Chilika Lake, Odisha
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of Tree of Life Chilika Lake in Odisha, marking the brand's entry into the state. The project will be developed as a greenfield hospitality asset on the banks of Chilika Lake, one of Odisha's major tourism destinations. IHCL is partnering with Scania Steels and Powers Ltd for the development.
The resort will feature 30 keys, along with an all-day dining restaurant and bar. The development will also include a meeting room intended for business and social gatherings, along with a swimming pool and spa.
The project has been positioned as a nature-focused hospitality destination overlooking the lagoon, adding to IHCL's portfolio of experiential properties in emerging leisure markets.
