Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) is developing its new beverage manufacturing plant in Maharashtra’s Khed. Located in the Lote Parshuram Industrial Area of MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation).

This greenfield project is expected to be completed by 2026.

The ground-breaking ceremony for the upcoming Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Manufacturing Unit was held on December 1, 2023. HCCB has invested an estimated INR 1,387 Crore in this project, of which, the construction cost is nearly INR 1,110 Crore. The facility will be developed over an anticipated 82 Acres of land, with a construction area of 1,999,990 SqFt (tentative).

Scon Projects Pvt Ltd is the design architect as well as the general turnkey contractor for this project. As of May 2024, the beverage manufacturing unit’s basic civil work has been initiated.
