Global Health has acquired a land parcel for Rs 125.11 crore on lease basis under the tenders issued by Mumbai Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).

It can accommodate construction of a 500-plus bed hospital with an estimated project capital expenditure of Rs 1,200 crore, subject to various customary and statutory approvals.

The land measuring 8,859.24 sq. mtrs, situated at Mauje-Oshiwara, Jogeshwari, CTS No. 31, 32 (part), 33 (part), 37 (part), Mumbai has been offered by MHADA vide its letter dated 22 July, 2024.

The detailed business plan for the construction of the hospital is subject to approval of Board of the company.
