Galaxy Offset has successfully commissioned its new greenfield carton plant in the Ghiloth Industrial Area of Rajasthan, marking a significant expansion in the company's manufacturing capabilities. Strategically located 70 kilometers south of its Manesar plants, the facility sits on a seven-acre plot and features a 2,50,000-square-foot building designed with environmental sustainability in mind. The plant is equipped with three advanced packaging lines that are now fully operational, reflecting the company's commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly practices in its production processes.

The total investment of approximately Rs 100 crore covers the acquisition of land, plant construction, and the installation of state-of-the-art machinery, including a new 7-color coater UV press, a die-cutter, and various ancillary machines. The facility also incorporates in-house sewage treatment and water treatment plants, essential components of Galaxy Offset's green manufacturing approach. The plant is designed for an efficient linear workflow, where raw materials and paperboard are unloaded at one end, processed into high-value cartons, and dispatched from the other. The design also includes a perimeter road that allows trucks to navigate the site with ease, ensuring smooth logistics and distribution.
