Dibang Power (Lot 4) Consortium (JV of M/s G R Infraprojects Limited and M/s Patel Engineering Limited) signed a contract with NHPC Limited on 9 October 2023, for the construction of Civil Works for LOT4: Head Race Tunnel including Intake, Pressure Shafts, Penstocks, Power House & Transformer Cavern, Tail Race Tunnel, Pothead Yard, Adits for Dibang Multipurpose Project, Arunachal Pradesh, India.

The bid price for the project is Rs. 3637.12 crore.

In August, GR Belgaum Raichur (PACKAGE‐5) Highway Private Limited and GR Belgaum Raichur (PACKAGE‐6) Highway Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, executed the concession agreement for projects worth Rs 1,457.2 crore with the NHAI.

In June, the company emerged as the lowest bidder for a National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) project worth Rs 1,085-crore in Uttar Pradesh on hybrid annuity mode.
