Dilip Buildcon, a Bhopal-based construction and infrastructure development firm, has secured a contract with The Water Resources Zone, Udaipur (Rajasthan) for a project for Rs 396.93 crore, according to an exchange filing.

Dilip Buildcon Limited said on Oactober 9 that it has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) and signed the agreement for a new project including the building of two dams in Rajasthan over a 44-month timeframe.

According to the exchange filing, Dilip Buildcon will be responsible for "the planning, design, and construction of the Dewas III and IV Dams Tehsil-Gogunda Udaipur District in Rajasthan on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) single responsibility turn-key basis, including ten years of operation and maintenance (O&M)."

Last month, a joint venture between Dilip Buildcon and Patel Engineering Ltd received an LOA for a project worth Rs 1,275.30 crore in Ujjain.
