Fortune Hotels, a member of ITC’s hotel group, has further expanded its footprint in Uttar Pradesh by signing an operating agreement for a new upscale property in Gorakhpur.

This marks the brand's seventh alliance in the state, underscoring its strategic focus on tapping into the burgeoning potential of one of India's fastest-growing regions.

The newly signed property, named Fortune Park Gorakhpur, is located in the heart of the city, offering an experience for city, pilgrim, and business guests alike.

The hotel features 74 contemporary, well-appointed rooms, multiple dining outlets, modern meeting and banquet spaces, and state-of-the-art facilities.

The property is expected to open its doors by October 2026.
