Diamines & Chemicals Acquires 50 Acres in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh for New Greenfield Chemical Plant
Diamines & Chemicals Ltd has acquired approximately 50 acres of industrial land in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The acquisition was executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, DACL Fine Chem Limited.
The transaction is governed by a binding term sheet valid until June 30, 2027. The land will be used to establish a new greenfield chemical manufacturing plant.
The proposed facility is intended to expand the company's production footprint and enhance manufacturing capacity to serve its growing product portfolio. Diamines & Chemicals currently manufactures a wide range of chemical products for the Indian market.
Planning and development activities for the new plant are expected to follow the land acquisition. The project forms part of the company's broader strategy to strengthen its manufacturing infrastructure and expand its presence in India's chemicals sector.
