DEE Development Engineers, process piping solutions provider, has commissioned the second phase of its manufacturing plant in Anjar, Gujarat.

The expansion aligns with the company’s goal of tripling revenue in three to five years by boosting operational efficiency and EBITDA margins. 

The newly commissioned facility increases the company’s operational capacity to 12,000 tonne per annum, adding 9,000 tpa. 

With a total investment of Rs 250 crore, Rs 160 crore is allocated to the process piping plant with a projected annual capacity of 27,000 MT, of which 12,000 MT is already operational. The remaining 15,000 MT capacity will be completed by October 2025.

In addition, DEE Development Engineers will invest Rs 90 crore in a seamless pipe manufacturing facility specialising in high wall thickness pipes, with a planned annual production capacity of 7,000 MT. 

This facility is expected to be operational by January next year. To date, Rs 150 crore of the Rs 260 crore total investment has been utilized, with Rs 40 crore financed through bank loans and the remaining Rs 110 crore to be funded entirely by debt.
