DCM Shriram has entered into an agreement with JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two for investment of Rs. 57.12 crore towards the setting up of a wind, solar, hybrid renewable power project.
The company's Board had approved the investment in one or more tranches upto Rs.60 crore in one or more special purpose vehicle(s) for setting up a hybrid renewable power project for replacing existing coal-based 40 MW power with 68 MW RE Power.
DCM Shriram will get renewable power supply of this capacity.
JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two incorporated on 08 August, 2024 will build, develop, own, generate, supply, accumulate, transmit, distribute and sell electrical power or any other energy by using conventional and/or non-conventional methods.
