Daiki Axis to Invest ₹200 Crore in New Sewage Treatment Systems Manufacturing Facility at Tumakuru, Karnataka
Daiki Axis will invest an estimated ₹200 crore to establish its third manufacturing facility in India at Tumakuru, Karnataka. The facility will produce advanced sewage treatment systems supporting decentralised wastewater treatment and water reuse, expanding the company's presence in India's water treatment sector.
The plant will produce and assemble sewage treatment systems built on Japan's proprietary Johkasou technology, designed to improve water management while reducing environmental impact. The project is expected to strengthen local manufacturing capabilities and reduce dependence on imported systems.
The new facility adds to Daiki Axis's existing manufacturing footprint in India and is intended to meet rising demand for sustainable water treatment and recycling solutions in the country. The company has not yet announced a construction timeline for the Tumakuru facility.
