A new synthetic resin manufacturing unit is planned in Haldibari, West Bengal, producing 1,800 TPA of urea-formaldehyde resin, 864 TPA of film face resin, 2,772 TPA of melamine urea-formaldehyde resin, and 1,872 TPA of phenol-formaldehyde resin. The project, estimated at Rs. 70 million, is scheduled from May 2027 to February 2028, with environmental clearance submitted as of January 2026.
