A new manufacturing project is planned in Malanpur Industrial Area, Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, for producing MDF, HDF, pre-laminated fiberboards, and laminated wooden flooring with 150,000 cubic meters annual capacity. Estimated at Rs.6,716 million, it received pollution control consent in November 2024. By August 2025, expansion includes a 150 TPD resin plant worth Rs.6,770 million, with construction scheduled from December 2025 to November 2026, pending environmental clearance.
