Mount Roofing And Structures plans to establish a new pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturing plant in Tumkur, Karnataka. The project will develop a 22-acre integrated complex with 4,00,000 sq ft built-up area, including a fully automated sandwich panel line. With an investment of Rs. 2,500 million, capacities will cover PUF panels, PEBs, steel sections and polycarbonate sheets. As of December 2025, statutory pollution control consent has been obtained.
