A new synthetic organic chemicals plant is planned to be set up in Dahej-II GIDC Estate, Bharuch, Gujarat, producing fine chemicals and CPVC products at a rate of 88,123 metric tons per month and with a captive power plant of 4.5 MW. The project is expected to cost Rs.7000 million and commence construction in September 2023, ending in July 2024. As of May 2023, environmental clearance for the project is being sought.
