A new Rs. 41,670 million economic corridor is being developed in Uttar Pradesh under the Bharatmala Pariyojana. Stretching 117.7 km from Kanpur to Kabrai, the project aims to optimize freight movement through advanced feeder routes and cloverleaf interchanges. Construction is scheduled from March 2026 to May 2027, following environmental clearance from the SEIAA.
