Project summary
A new industrial area is proposed in Doddaballapura and Devanahalli, Bengaluru, covering about 399.25 hectares. It will accommodate non-polluting industries such as aerospace, automobiles, electronics, IT, and engineering, along with residential development. Initially estimated at Rs.3,063 million, the project was later submitted for environmental clearance as Phase-2 with an investment of Rs.4,500 million and construction planned from August 2025 to December 2026.
