A new greenfield manufacturing facility is planned in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to produce advanced automotive switches and connection systems, supported by a technology collaboration formed in mid-2025. With an investment of Rs. 5,000 million and a 22-acre site allotted in the YEIDA region, the unit is designed for an annual capacity of about 48 lakh units. It is targeted to be operational in the second half of FY 2026–27 and has been approved under the state’s investment promotion policy.
