A greenfield 1,000-bed integrated healthcare campus combining hospital, nursing college, and research facilities is being developed at Gambheeram, Visakhapatnam over roughly nine acres, with an additional 2.5 acres for a nursing college. The project will come up in two phases — Towers A and B (650 beds) targeted for completion by October 2028, followed by Tower C (350 beds) within two years thereafter — and is expected to generate around 9,000 jobs.
