A major hospital and research center expansion project is planned for Kumaramangalam Village, Thodupuzha, Kerala. The project will add 20,964 sq. m. to the existing facility, establishing a total built-up area of 49,158.14 sq. m. Financed via an estimated Rs. 4,500 million investment, construction runs from February 2027 to August 2029. Environmental clearance is currently under SEIAA evaluation.
