A new manufacturing project is planned in the EPIP Kartholi area of the SIDCO Industrial Complex, Bari Brahmana, Jammu and Kashmir. This facility will produce 684 million dry cells, 6.2 million LED lights, and 7.4 million flashlights annually, with an estimated investment of Rs. 1,750 million. As of October 2024, state pollution control consent has been obtained.
