Project summary
A large-scale data center development is proposed on a 11.87-hectare industrial plot at MIDC Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai, with a total built-up area of over 3.58 lakh sqm across FSI and non-FSI components. The project has been granted Standard Terms of Reference by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is at an early planning stage, with consent to establish yet to be applied for. Once operational, the facility is expected to generate over 1,200 permanent jobs.
