Suzlon Energy Ltd, a provider of renewable energy solutions, announced that it has received a fresh order for the construction of a 100.8-MW wind power project for Everrenew Energy Private Ltd.

In Tamil Nadu's Velliyanani phase II and Vengaimandalam, Suzlon will deploy 48 wind turbine generators (WTGs) from their S120-2.1 MW platform with a hybrid lattice tubular tower.

The project is expected to be commissioned in March 2024. Suzlon will supply the wind turbines (equipment supply) and supervise the execution and commissioning of the project, according to a stock exchange filing.
