Sterling and Wilson Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, established a partnership with Data Volt Information Technology Company of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The two firms inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop and build large-scale state-of-the-art data centres in their respective countries that adhere to global standards.

Leaders of both the companies signed the MoU on the sidelines of the on-going Indo-Saudi Business during G20 Summit in New Delhi, India. The collaboration targets hyperscalers, colocation providers, telecom companies, and enterprises.

It was formalised on September 11, 2023, immediately following the Group of 20 (G20) Summit held in New Delhi, as part of an initiative to strengthen bonds between India and Saudi Arabia.
