Scoda Tubes announces 8,000 MTPA welded tubes capacity addition

Scoda Tubes Limited has announced an 8,000 metric tonnes per annum capacity addition for welded tubes and pipes.
The expansion is aimed at meeting growing domestic and export demand.
The company stated that the new capacity will enhance its product portfolio in stainless steel segments.
Installation of additional machinery and production lines is underway.
The enhanced capacity is expected to be operational after completion of commissioning activities.
