At its location in Mahad, Savita Oil Technologies has announced the successful commissioning of a new Synthetic Ester manufacturing plant.

This multipurpose facility will be able to produce synthetic esters for high performance automotive and industrial lubricants in addition to those for Transformer Fluid uses.

Because of their excellent dielectric qualities and great thermal stability, synthetic esters are also the ideal choice for usage as data centre cooling fluids, immersion cooling for batteries, and coolants for electric vehicles (EV).

With the opening of this facility, Savita Oil Technologies Limited will become the first business in the world to produce and commercialise Transformer Fluids that are based on Mineral Oil, Natural Ester, and Synthetic Ester.

It is learnt, the company plans to launch a new range of EV coolants as well as immersion cooling fluids.
