The Samakhiyali Tollway Private Limited, a subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., India's leading and largest multi-national integrated infrastructure developer in the highways sector, has completed financial close on its Samakhiyali Santalpur BOT Highway project in Gujarat.

The Consortium of Lenders has committed Rs. 1,446 Crs in financing support for the project, with the remainder coming from equity contributions and internal accruals from the concessionaire.

While commenting on the development, Virendra D.
