Rithwik Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for land development works related to car depot for Metro Line-9 of Mumbai Metro Rail Project.

Awarded by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Devp. Authority (MMRDA), The company was declared L1 with a bid value of Rs 733.24 crore.

Rithwik Projects will undertake the depot land development works and construction of Depot Infrastructures comprising stabling yard, operation control centre, Depot Control Centre, Administrative Building, maintenance and inspection buildings and auxiliary substation.

It will also include road, underground utility duct, drainage system and rainwater harvesting, architectural finishing and PEB works for CAR Depot at Dongri.The company is expected to complete the works in a period of 52 months.
