Premier Energies announced that its subsidiaries, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, Premier Energies International Private and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private, have received multiple orders aggregating to Rs 1,087 crore.

The orders, awarded by two large Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and one other customer, include ₹964 crore for solar modules and ₹123 crore for solar cells.

The supply of solar modules is scheduled to commence in January 2025, Premier Energies said in its announcement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

In a separate note, the company informed that its trading window will remain closed from November 26 to November 27, 2024, and will reopen on November 28, 2024.

The orders are domestic in nature, with no related party transactions involved, the Premier Energies. The company emphasized that the transactions were conducted at arm's length, with no interest from the promoter group in the awarding entities.
