Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay foundation stones for various projects, including the bulk drug park in Anakapalli district on Jan 8.

The bulk drug park at Nakkapalli is expected to employ around 20,000 people directly and indirectly.

Meanwhile, PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone for NTPC's green energy project.

 NTPC Simhadri power plant is setting up a 1 TPD seawater to green hydrogen plant in the Parawada area near Visakhapatnam. 

For seawater processing, NTPC has come up with an innovative, low-carbon desalination plant utilising waste heat from the thermal power plant gas, enabling low-cost conversion of seawater into hydrogen-grade water.
