The Odisha government has sanctioned a total of Rs 4.11 billion for two major projects in the clean energy sector.

The two projects include a 100 MW ground-mounted solar photovoltaic captive power project of Envirocare Infrasolution in Boudh with an investment of Rs 3.51 billion.

Another project is for Solisys Solar’s manufacturing facility for solar modules in Khurdha with an investment of Rs 595 million.

These projects received recent approval during the 130th State Level Single Window Clearance Authority meeting.

The sanctioned investments in renewable energy will make a substantial contribution to the state’s clean energy objectives.
