The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways Government of India, represented by the Director General (Road Development) & Special Secretary, through the Public Works Department of Uttar Pradesh, represented by the Chief Engineer (NH), PWD, Uttar Pradesh, and the Special Purpose Vehicle formed by the Company, PNC Infratech Ltd namely Prayagraj Kaushambi Highway Package 3 Private Limited, announce the signing of a concession agreement for the implementation of the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

The project is for Construction of 4-lane highway from Km 49.155 to Km 74.700 (Singraur Uphar to Baranpur Kadipur Ichauli) of NH- 731A with paved shoulders (i/c Ganga Bridge) in the state of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package - III).

The above project is to be constructed in 24 months upon declaration of appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction.
