In the Jharkhand districts of Giridih and Hazaribagh, the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has released a tender for expansion to four lanes and rebuilding work on NH-522 (the former NH-100).

In a 24-month period, EPC will be used to construct a four-lane highway with a paved shoulder from km 0 to 48 km.

Valued at Rs. 518.03 crore, the contract. The deadline for proposal submissions is September 26, 2023.
