Linde India has bagged an order to install a a 1,000 tpd cryogenic oxygen plant at Rourkela, Odisha. The ‘letter of acceptance’ dated 25 August, 2023, has been awarded by Steel Authority of India (SAIL).

The project is to be executed on construct, operate and maintain (COM) mode, for a period of 20 years from the date of commissioning of the plant and ancillary facilities at SAIL’s Rourkela facility.

It also includes a provision of renewal for a further period of five years, based on mutual agreement basis.
