The Board of LINC Ltd at its meeting approved to create a new infrastructure for a proposed manufacturing unit near to its existing factory near Kolkata.

The new unit will be set up at a cost of Rs. 35 crore which will be raised mostly through Internal Accruals. The new unit is expected to be commissioned in Q1 of FY26.

The new unit will fasten the capacity addition process in line with the market demand for Company's products. Will also bring economic and logistics synergies.
