Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) has announced the signing of its newest property, Lemon Tree Hotel in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The property is expected to open in FY27 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The new propety will feature 72 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool and other public areas. Well connected by roadways for both public and private transport, the Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport, Indore is approx. 50 km away. The Ujjain Railway Station is within four km.
LTHL owns, leases, operates, franchises hotels across the upscale, upper-midscale, midscale and economy segments. This opening will be in addition to its four existing and two upcoming hotels in the state.
