Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing – Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Varanasi. The property shall be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and is expected to open in FY 2028.
Varanasi, also known as Banaras or Kashi, is one of the world’s oldest cities, in Uttar Pradesh, India. As the spiritual capital of India, it sits on the banks of the sacred Ganges River and is a key center for Hindu religion and culture.
Famous for its ghats, where rituals and the Ganga Aartiare performed, Varanasi is also renowned for its exquisite Banarasi silk sarees. The city’s rich history, culture, and spirituality make it a unique and profound destination.
Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Varanasi will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a swimming pool and other public areas.
The Varanasi Airport is about 30 kms away while the Varanasi Railway Station is about 8 kms away from the property. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
